At the Museum, we explore innovation on a daily basis, making it more accessible for visitors of all ages to understand the world around them.
We’re working with partners to 3D scan our collection, making it more accessible to visitors through online, smart phone apps, augmented reality, and even virtual reality platforms. And we also developed the ThinkerShield, a first-of-its-kind plug-in that provides instant capability to start coding and programming with Arduino without the need for previous programming, wiring or soldering experience. The best part? It’s all open source, allowing people across the globe to learn by innovating.
