This is a two hour program running at the Museums Discovery Centre.
Bring clay to life, and create a short stop motion film from start to finish! This animation technique, made popular by films such as Wallace and Gromit and Shaun the Sheep, creates an illusion of movement by moving and photographing an object at very small increments along a story line. Participants will make all elements to their story, create their own complete Stop Motion film, and develop skills that will translate to any Stop Motion software.
“Jump Into” workshops are a rapid introduction to a topic and can be built upon by attending our school holiday workshops. No parental supervision is required.
Please be sure to read our essential information for The Lab workshops.
