This is a one-day workshop.
Make stop motion films like a pro using colourful and sustainable materials inspired by Rosie Deacon’s Koala Train. Get busy with paper and clay! In this workshop, spend the morning storyboarding and creating your own papercraft film set and clay characters made from everyday materials, before bringing your story to life using animation techniques made popular by Aardman’s Wallace and Gromit and Shaun the Sheep. Participants will develop and use skills that can translate to any stop animation software.
BONUS: The clay characters and papercraft sets that you create can be taken home!
No need to make lunch these holidays: pre-purchase one of our new lunch packs instead! Please note there will be no access to the cafe on site during The Lab workshops.
Please be sure to read our essential information for The Lab workshops.
