Stop Motion Extravaganza (Ages 7–9)

Duration: 6 hours
Workshop7 - 9 Years
10 & 28 January 2020, 10am-4pm Powerhouse Museum Book Tickets

This is a one-day workshop.

Get busy with paper and clay! In this workshop, spend the morning storyboarding and creating your own papercraft film set and clay characters. In the afternoon, bring your story to life using the animation techniques made popular by the Wallace and Gromit film series and its spin-off TV show, Shaun the Sheep.
Participants will develop and use skills that can translate to any stop animation software. BONUS: The clay characters and papercraft sets that you create can be taken home!

No need to make lunch these holidays: pre-purchase one of our new lunch packs instead! Please note there will be no access to the cafe on site during The Lab workshops.

Please be sure to read our essential information for The Lab workshops.
