Step outside and look up to the skies at Sydney Observatory during the Twilight Kids Extravaganza this school holidays.

Discover how ancient cultures viewed and used the skies, join our story circle to hear ancient stories about our Universe and explore the evening sky from Observatory Hill and watch how the sky changes as the sun goes down and twilight turns to night.

Peer through telescopes, ask Observatory astronomers your big questions, and learn more about our Universe with sessions in the Space Theatre and Planetarium*.

With food available for purchase and opportunities for hands-on activities there is something for everyone at this astronomical event.

Suitable for ages 5–10.
