Professional Development

The Museum offers a suite of NESA endorsed Teacher Professional Development opportunities for teachers, featuring STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) subjects to address the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers. Led by expert educators, and utilising state of the art digital learning studios, dedicated facilities such as the Mars Lab, and the Museum’s superb exhibitions, Teacher Professional Development workshop participants are immersed in practical, hands-on learning for immediate classroom application, extend their skill sets and knowledge, and connect with like-minded teachers to form new communities of practice.
