In this virtual reality experience, learners will work collaboratively in small groups under time pressure to open a series of doors in a virtual world. But these aren’t ordinary doors… they’re highly complex, steam punk-style doors that require logical thinking, patience, problem solving and teamwork to open! One learner in each group will assume the role of ‘player’, wearing a VR headset through which they will be transported to a room where the only escape is via a complex door. Remaining learners will act as ‘support players’, using paper-based evidence and guides to assist the ‘player’ in opening the virtual door and make their long-awaited escape.
