All prices quoted are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST) except for donations and memberships.
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, please contact the MAAS Store and we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund at your discretion. Replacement items will be sent as soon as possible (subject to availability) once we have received return of the damaged product.
Goods will not be accepted for return or refund later than 30 days of your receiving the goods.
Refunds will be processed within 1-5 working days of receipt of the goods.
If your order is lost during shipment we will send a replacement (subject to availability) once the maximum delivery time has expired. Replacement items for lost or damaged products will be shipped free of cost to the customer.
Please note that shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that an error was the fault of the Museum. For change of mind all return shipping charges are your responsibility.
The Museum reserves the right to reject a return if any of the above conditions are not met.
Your order cannot be cancelled once the items have shipped and regular museum return policy conditions will apply.
To determine shipping rates, simply begin the checkout process. After entering the address information, you can review your order with the shipping charges added.
Most items can be shipped to international addresses, though some oversized items cannot be shipped to an international address.
Recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes or value added tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
GST (goods and services tax) is credited back to international customers when placing their orders. This credit will not be applied until you register your delivery address information then verify your order.
We are required to place a customs declaration on all goods shipped to customers outside Australia. The declaration will disclose the correct monetary value of the content.
